IHSM offers educational programs, research opportunities, networking and support services for certified practitioners and serving the general public. 

Our certified practitioners offer to all ages live therapeutic sound and music for those seeking restorative interventions from stress, bereavement, chronic or critical illness or seeking a peaceful death.  Our sound and music practitioners are insured and certified by nationally recognized programs.

Mission  Statement:  The Institute believes in the value of therapeutic sound and music.  We offer networking opportunities and support services to certified music practitioners and sound practitioners.  We present educational programs and participate in research contributing to the wholeness of body, mind and spirit.
